These shrimp skewers are juicy, bright, and lightly smoky thanks to a powerhouse duo: Spice Souk Sumac + Smoked Paprika. Whether you're grilling outdoors or pan-searing inside, they’re a guaranteed crowd-pleaser (and weeknight hero).
Ingredients:

1 lb large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 tbsp Spice Souk Sumac

1 tsp Spice Souk Smoked Paprika

2 tbsp Spice Souk Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 tbsp lemon juice

Salt & black pepper to taste

Optional: chopped parsley + lemon wedges for serving
Instructions:

In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, sumac, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Let marinate for 10–15 minutes while you soak wooden skewers (if using).
