🍤 Sumac & Paprika Grilled Shrimp Skewers Recipe

A zesty, smoky twist that cooks in minutes

These shrimp skewers are juicy, bright, and lightly smoky thanks to a powerhouse duo: Spice Souk Sumac + Smoked Paprika. Whether you're grilling outdoors or pan-searing inside, they’re a guaranteed crowd-pleaser (and weeknight hero).

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 1 tbsp Spice Souk Sumac

  • 1 tsp Spice Souk Smoked Paprika

  • 2 tbsp Spice Souk Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • Salt & black pepper to taste

  • Optional: chopped parsley + lemon wedges for serving

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, sumac, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  2. Let marinate for 10–15 minutes while you soak wooden skewers (if using).

  3. Thread shrimp onto skewers.

  4. Grill (or sear in a hot skillet) for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and slightly charred.

  5. Garnish with parsley and lemon. Serve hot.
