🐟 Za’atar Crusted Salmon Recipe

Spice Souk Simple Gourmet Series

This one’s for when you want dinner to feel fancy without getting fussy. The za’atar forms a perfect savory crust on juicy salmon fillets, finished with a drizzle of olive oil and a squeeze of lemon. Takes 15 minutes, max.

Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon fillets

  • 1½ tbsp Spice Souk Za’atar Blend

  • 1 tbsp Spice Souk Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 1 lemon, halved

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Pat salmon dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.

  3. Press za’atar evenly on the top of each fillet.

  4. Drizzle with olive oil and roast for 10–12 minutes until cooked through.

  5. Squeeze lemon on top before serving.
