🍗 Oven-Baked Chicken Shawarma Recipe

No grill? No problem. This oven version gets you juicy, caramelized shawarma with crispy edges and bold Middle Eastern flavor—all without leaving the kitchen.

Chicken + Marinade:

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
