🍢 Tofu Shawarma Recipe

🧂 You’ll Need:

1 block (14 oz) firm or extra-firm tofu

2 tbsp Spice Souk Shawarma Blend

1½ tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp lemon juice

Salt to taste (if needed)

Optional: 1 tsp soy sauce or tamari (for umami)
🧑‍🍳 How to Make It:

Press the Tofu
Drain and press tofu for 15–30 minutes to remove excess moisture. Cut into ½-inch thick slabs or cubes. -
Marinate
Toss tofu with shawarma blend, oil, lemon, and soy sauce. Let it marinate at least 30 minutes (or overnight if you're on top of things). -
Cook It Your Way

Air Fryer: 375°F for 12–15 minutes

Oven: 425°F for 25 minutes, flip halfway

Skillet: Medium-high heat, cook 3–4 minutes per side until crisp

Serve It Up
