🧂 You’ll Need:
Chicken + Marinade:

1½–2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs

Marinate the Chicken
Mix all ingredients in a bowl or ziplock. Coat well and marinate at least 30 minutes (up to 24 hours if you’re planning ahead). -
Heat the Skillet
Place a large skillet (cast iron if you have it) over medium-high heat. Add a little oil if needed. -
Cook the Chicken
Add chicken in a single layer. Cook for 5–6 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked through. -
Rest + Slice
Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice thin. -
