Spice Souk Simple Gourmet Series
This oneās for when you want dinner to feel fancy without getting fussy. The zaāatar forms a perfect savory crust on juicy salmon fillets, finished with a drizzle of olive oil and a squeeze of lemon. Takes 15 minutes, max.
Ingredients:

2 salmon fillets

1½ tbsp Spice Souk Zaāatar Blend

1 tbsp Spice Souk Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 lemon, halved

Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Pat salmon dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.

Press zaāatar evenly on the top of each fillet.

Drizzle with olive oil and roast for 10ā12 minutes until cooked through.

Squeeze lemon on top before serving.
