🔥 Grilled Chicken Shawarma Recipe

🧂 You’ll Need:

Chicken + Marinade:

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 garlic clove, minced (optional)

  • Salt to taste (if your blend doesn’t include it)

  1. Marinate the Chicken
    Mix marinade ingredients, coat the chicken, and marinate for 2–24 hours.

  2. Prep the Grill
    Heat your grill to medium-high. Lightly oil the grates so the chicken doesn’t stick.

  3. Grill
    Cook chicken for about 5–6 minutes per side, or until nicely charred and fully cooked (165°F internal temp).

  4. Rest + Slice
    Let the chicken rest 5 minutes, then slice thin. Serve hot off the grill.
