Fresh, vibrant, and loaded with flavor, this Chicken Shawarma Salad brings the bold spices of the street food classic into a light, colorful salad bowl. Tossed with crisp veggies, warm shawarma chicken, and our signature creamy garlic white sauce, this is how you take salad from side dish to showstopper.
🧂 Ingredients:
For the Salad:

3 cups cooked Spice Souk Chicken Shawarma (use leftovers or make fresh)

1 head of lettuce (romaine, butter, or iceberg), chopped

3 Persian cucumbers, sliced into half-moons

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

¼ red onion, thinly sliced

1 cup black olives, sliced

½ cup pickled turnips or your favorite pickles, diced small
For the White Sauce Dressing:

½ cup Greek yogurt or mayo

1 tbsp tahini (optional, but delicious)

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 garlic clove, finely minced or grated

Salt to taste

Water to thin as needed

Prep the Chicken

Drizzle & Serve
