🥗 Chicken Shawarma Salad Recipe

Fresh, vibrant, and loaded with flavor, this Chicken Shawarma Salad brings the bold spices of the street food classic into a light, colorful salad bowl. Tossed with crisp veggies, warm shawarma chicken, and our signature creamy garlic white sauce, this is how you take salad from side dish to showstopper.


🧂 Ingredients:

For the Salad:

  • 3 cups cooked Spice Souk Chicken Shawarma (use leftovers or make fresh)

  • 1 head of lettuce (romaine, butter, or iceberg), chopped

  • 3 Persian cucumbers, sliced into half-moons

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • ¼ red onion, thinly sliced

  • 1 cup black olives, sliced

  • ½ cup pickled turnips or your favorite pickles, diced small

For the White Sauce Dressing:

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt or mayo

  • 1 tbsp tahini (optional, but delicious)

  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • 1 garlic clove, finely minced or grated

  • ½ tsp Spice Souk Cumin

  • Salt to taste

  • Water to thin as needed

  1. Prep the Chicken

  4. Drizzle & Serve
