Shawarma-Spiced Sweet Potato Fries Recipe

Shawarma-Spiced Sweet Potato Fries Recipe

(The Ultimate Side Dish You’ll Eat Like a Main)

These fries are wild—crispy, smoky, and dripping with shawarma flavor. You’ll want to eat them straight off the tray. A quick garlic yogurt dip makes it extra next-level.

Ingredients:

  • 2 large sweet potatoes, cut into fries

  • 1 tbsp Spice Souk Shawarma Blend

  • 2 tbsp Spice Souk Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • Salt to taste

Garlic Yogurt Dip (optional but highly encouraged):

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt

  • 1 small garlic clove, grated

  • Squeeze of lemon

  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a tray with parchment.

  2. Toss fries with olive oil, shawarma spice, and salt. Spread out in a single layer.

  3. Bake 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through.

  4. Stir up the dip ingredients while they crisp.

  5. Serve hot with dip and try not to fight over them.
