🥣 Za’atar Labneh Swirl Recipe

The dip your pita’s been waiting for

Labneh is thick, tangy, and luxurious—like the lovechild of cream cheese and yogurt. Swirl in some Spice Souk Za’atar, olive oil, and a pinch of sumac, and you’ve got an effortless mezze masterpiece. Serve it as a dip, spread it on sandwiches, or spoon it on everything.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup labneh (or Greek yogurt, strained overnight)

  • 1 tbsp Spice Souk Za’atar

  • 2 tbsp Spice Souk Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 1 pinch Spice Souk Sumac (optional, for garnish)

  • Warm pita or crunchy veggies for dipping

Instructions:

  1. Spoon labneh into a shallow bowl and spread it out with the back of a spoon, creating swirls.

  2. Drizzle olive oil generously over the top.

  3. Sprinkle za’atar all over, then dust with a little sumac for color and zing.

  4. Serve immediately with pita, cucumbers, or crackers.
